These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Disposal Planner, operated by Fusewick Brands (Fusewick Brands, LLC). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of another person, household, organization, or business, you represent that you are authorized to do so and that they agree to these Terms. The site is intended for adults; minors should use it only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Educational planning tools only

The site provides general educational information, planning estimates, worksheets, comparisons, and starting-point recommendations. It does not provide licensed engineering, plumbing, electrical, environmental, medical, legal, financial, architectural, construction, code-compliance, inspection, or other professional services.

Results are not certifications, guarantees, bids, product approvals, safety determinations, diagnoses, permits, code interpretations, or instructions to perform regulated or hazardous work. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any information.

3. Disposal and project limitations

Disposal estimates may be affected by actual dimensions, density, moisture, hidden materials, packing, demolition method, container limits, vehicle ratings, local rules, hazardous materials, and facility acceptance policies. The site does not provide a hauler quote, landfill acceptance decision, transportation approval, structural assessment, or safe-lifting plan. 4. Your responsibilities

You agree that you are responsible for:

• reviewing assumptions, supported ranges, warnings, confidence labels, and methodology;

6. No emergency or life-safety reliance

Affiliate compensation or advertising, when enabled and disclosed, does not make a third party suitable for your situation and does not alter the independent calculation model. You are responsible for evaluating any purchase or engagement directly with the third party.

8. Limited license and intellectual property

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal or internal planning purposes. The site's software, design, illustrations, text, branding, models, arrangement, and other content are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, except for third-party materials identified as such.

You may print or export results for your own planning and to discuss with professionals. You may not remove notices, misrepresent a result as professional certification, reproduce substantial portions as a competing service, or sell, sublicense, or redistribute site content except as allowed by law or written permission.

9. Prohibited use

You may not:

• use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, infrastructure, integrations, or another person's data;
• introduce malware, interfere with operation, bypass security, or overload the service;
• use automated access in a manner that degrades the site, evades controls, or copies protected content for a competing product;

11. Availability, modification, and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, abuse prevention, or protection of users and the operator. 12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and all content, calculations, results, downloads, and links are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranties of any kind.

The operator disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, reliability, availability, security, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, title, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that a result will be safe, compliant, accepted by a professional or authority, suitable for a product, or free from error.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator and its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, suppliers, contributors, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, revenue, savings, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, use, or expected results, arising out of or related to the site or these Terms.

This limitation includes claims arising from reliance on an estimate or recommendation; incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable information; property damage; equipment damage; plant loss; project delay; excess cost; disposal or transportation issues; water quality or availability; bodily injury; professional fees; third-party conduct; security incidents; lost browser data; or inability to use the site, regardless of legal theory and even if the possibility of damages was known.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the operator for all claims arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to the operator to use the site during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or fifty U.S. dollars. Because the site is generally offered without charge, this limitation may substantially limit available recovery.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent permitted, and non-waivable rights remain unaffected.

14. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator and its owners, affiliates, licensors, service providers, suppliers, contributors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, infringement of another person's rights, unsafe or unauthorized work, or decisions made for another person using site output. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from conduct that cannot lawfully be indemnified.

15. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the operator from claims arising from disputes with third parties, including contractors, manufacturers, retailers, advertisers, affiliates, property owners, tenants, haulers, facilities, utilities, laboratories, public authorities, or other service providers. The operator is not a party to transactions or professional relationships you enter through or after using the site.

16. Applicable law and dispute limitations

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding any consumer protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Before filing a claim, you agree to provide a reasonable written description through the site's contact form and allow thirty days for an informal resolution, except where law permits immediate relief or a filing is needed to preserve a claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claim arising from the site must be brought within one year after the event giving rise to it, unless a longer non-waivable period applies. Claims must be brought individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action where such a waiver is enforceable.

17. General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; the operator may assign them in connection with a reorganization, transfer, or sale. Headings are for convenience and do not limit meaning.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notice, form the entire agreement regarding use of the site and supersede prior statements about that use.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the site, risks, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when revisions are published. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms for subsequent use, subject to applicable law.

Use the contact form provided through the site when available. The site does not publish a personal email address, telephone number, or street address. Do not include passwords, financial information, health information, or unnecessary sensitive records in a message.
